Monthly
$100 CAD per month. 4 hours of actual work. Recorded per min. Cumulative per month. If you don't use any time in a month it adds to the next month and so on. There are limitation. To be used in any of the following categories:
- Bookkeeping : This is our major offering. Some of it may be automated but there will always be a human in the loop.
- On website SEO only
- Website edits
- Social Media
- Content creation is 2x the per min cost
- Video editing is 3x the per min cost
- Any other duties that may be agreed upon, including the per min cost
- Phone calls, video calls, computer desktop sharing, or you come to our office on custom schedule
- We are remote skill workers. We do not get you coffee, or answer your phone, or pick up your dry cleaning.
These services will be provided on a fixed day of the month each month. When you signup you will choose which day of the month is yours, every month following.
You may NOT do things like save up 1 year of bookkeeping and expect it to be done in the last month of the year. Or anything else that we deem is inappropriate. We decide what is inappropriate use of our time.
